Cullum - born in August 1979 is an English
pop and jazz-pop singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist is
a rising start on international stages.
Jamie Cullum is a primarily a vocalist but can also accompanies
himself on instruments like: piano - guitar
and drums. He was brought up in Hullavington -
Wiltshire UK - and educated at the independent fee-paying Grittleton
House School. Cullum released his first album - Jamie Cullum - Trio
- Heard it All - in 1999 - of
which 500 copies were made. After graduating from Reading University
- he released a best-selling album - Pointless Nostalgic.
Jamie Cullum is well known not only for his abilities on the piano
- but also for his unique entertainment style and charisma. On June
2009 he announced the title of his fourth studio
album - The Pursuit. The album - which was released
on November 2009 - is produced by Greg Wells and the first single
is "I'm All Over It". The album was recorded
at a Los Angeles studio using songs that Cullum originally recorded
at his Shepherd's Bush recording studio. Jamie Cullum married British
model Sophie Dahl January 2010.
