Lee Lewis - Born in Louisiana - USA in 1935 and best known
by his nickname “The Killer”.
Jerry Lee Lewis is a American rock and roll legend
- who was one of the pioneers within rock and roll music. He started
very early to play the piano and developed his own “country
boogie” style - mixing rhythm and blues, boogie-woogie,
gospel, and country music together with the up-coming rock and roll
music. His first demo was recording in 1954 and
later he recorded "Great Balls of Fire"
at Sam Phillips legendary Sun Studios in Memphis.
In 1957 he recorded "Whole Lotta Shakin' Goin' On"
in genuine boogie-woogie style and his famous pumping piano technique.
Since he has had a successful 50-year recording and performance
career with songs like Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On
