Sir Cliff Richard OBE - Born Harry Roger Webb on 14 October 1940 in Locknow - India and best known as one of the most popular English singers and songwriters of our time celebrating the 70 year birthday for Danish Queen Margrethe - 2010.

Cliff Richard and his famous backing group The Shadows dominated the British popular music scene in the late 1950s and early 1960s - before and during The Beatles' first year in the charts. During six decades - Cliff Richard has charted many singles, and holds the record with Elvis Presley as the only act to make the UK singles charts in all of its decades (1950s–2000s) and he is the only singer to have had a number one single in the UK in five consecutive decades doing so from the 1950s through to the 1990s. Cliff Richard has scored fourteen No.1 singles in the UK. On the British charts Cliff Richard has had more than 130 singles - albums and EPs make the top 20 and he has sold more than 260 million records. Cliff Richard was knighted in 1995 and is permitted to use the accolade 'Sir'. His most popular hits are "Living Doll" - "Travellin' Light" - "The Young Ones" - "Summer Holiday" - "Congratulations" - “It'll Be Me”.
