Invoice and Payment – Copenhagenet.
When you have selected methods of payment - you can then recalculate your order and a new page will appear with the total amount in accordance to the currency selected.
Here you can also delete, change or confirm the order and the total amount. When you send us your approval - you will automatically receive an invoice by e-mail with an order number, and the invoice is your guarantee certificate.

Approval period and Returns options
If you are not happy with the product purchased, you can return the goods within 14 days of delivery for a full refund provided that the delivered product is unopened, in new condition, unused and in the original packaging. The customer will pay for freight and bear the risk of transportation for the returned items at all time.

Order handling and shipment
Handling of order will take about 3-5 working days after receiving your payment and we can guarantee delivery within 1-2 weeks. If items are out of stock you will be advised immediately.

Prices and Delivery
All prices are exclusive VAT, which only will be taxable to customers in EU Countries as 25 % VAT will be added to the total amount when ordering according to EU laws and legislation. See VAT – EU Countries. All products purchased at the Copenhagen Portal Netshop will be shipped from Denmark and delivered by The Danish Postal Service. The charges of delivery costs are depended on the total weight of the item packed - the final destination and service involved.

Online Services and VAT
Price and payment for all online services such as the Interactive Map will include 25% VAT and charged to all Copenhagen-Portal NETSHOP customers despite country location.

Exchange Rate
The exchange rates used in the Copenhagen-Portal NETSHOP are updated regularly.


The prices stated in Copenhagen Portal Netshop are exclusive delivery and will be distributed by Post Danmark (The Danish Postal Service). We reserve the right to change this delivery policy when appropriate.
