Our basis business concept is
based on customised services according to our customer’s
requirements.
We presume that the request is relevant in relation
to our Inboard Travel Service Programme - and the estimated
budget is in balance with the customized activities and arrangements
required.
All tour and transport activities are performed
by private chauffeurs or experienced bus drivers - and our pesonal
guide
services on our customised excursions in Copenhagen and around
Denmark are conducted by professional tourist guides.
Payment is always 14-days in advance before the
start of any service - activity or arrangement - and all bookings
will
be quoted and charged in Danish Kroner. (DKK)
For special assignments - arrangements and events
- we require a “goodwill & hospitality”
deposit in advance before we begin
preparing a quote or planning an itinerary - tour program - event
package - conference and corporate event etc. - that is specifically
designed and match up with the customer’s estimated budget
in mind. The deposit will be returned in full - if our quote is
accepted -
and we begin making the required plans a reality.
As a private company - we just love doing business
with valued and loyal customers - but we are unfortunately always
compelled to charge 25% VAT to the Danish state for all assignments
and services planned and conducted.
